The Problem

Users who are coming to the NNLM AOU site with the intent to find funding opportunities are unable to find the appropriate page, which results in them abandoning the site entirely.

The Solution

Using Journey Maps, User Flows, and Wireframes pain points have been clearly identified, and an improved user experience has been mapped out.
